I've switched to oat milk, and I like it.

Used to do soy, but most soybeans are GMO nowadays.

Oat milk uses the least amount of water of all of them, which will become more relevant as our planet heats up and dries out.

Interesting - I wonder how sheep's milk and goat's milk compare with cows milk. Both of the above are readily available where I live (in Luxembourg).

@Herbivore as a vegan of nearly 30 yrs I rarely use milks. I might consume a gallon a year. Most often milks of any sort are used for breakfast cereals which I don't eat. Maybe we should encourage eating habits that require less plant milks.

@Herbivore I understand and support this message, but this graphic, like many similar ones, misses the relative price of these products. For many consumers, most alternatives a simply out of their price range.
