Basically nothing posted on here is uplifting anymore. It’s become a catch all for anything with a marginally positive outcome.

This isn’t even marginaly positive though, this woman will live the rest of her life with PTSD and multiple kids she didn’t want to have.

Mods should probably update the rules so this kind of thing can’t make it through.
