I *desperately* need Steam users to learn what abandonware is. If you can buy it on Steam then it is, by definition, not abandonware.
"this game isn't being updated anymore" ≠ "this game is not for sale anywhere and never will be again"

"good game, no major bugs or crashes, but it's not been updated for 2 years so don't buy it"
