Is this legal? Is this considered a massive loophole? Or is this illegal?
Has something similar ever been done before?
At first glance this would appear as if people who donate to OTHER campaigns will have 5% of their money going to Trump without their consent. So would each donation count separately, and stay clear of individual contribution limits? Or do all donations roll up into a single larger contribution that would certainly be above the FEC limits?
