My Logi Circle 2 is bricked without me doing anything, it's been unplugged for some time and when I plugged it back it was dead.

I reached out to Logi for support and they told me they couldn't help in any way.

Should I shop for a new indoor cam or try to find a way to revive it?

@frontsideair might be cool weekend project to take it apart to try to fix it. I would personally buy a similar product from a different brand though

@foxikira I actually took it apart by following a reddit thread and a youtube video, no connectors were loose and I'm under the impression that the problem is software related.

I may try to take another look, but reverse engineering without proper cables or debugging environment is notoriously hard, and out of my expertise :/

I'm gravitating towards Anker cams, they have nice reviews and I had good experience with their other products

@frontsideair Ph that sucks. Just steer away from their eufy ones they ahd some nasty security problems awhile ago.
@foxikira Must've missed that. It's hard to come by any cloud connected product that's adequately protected. I'm happy with Apple's Homekit Secure Video enabled ones, at least my footage stays at my home
