Friendly reminder to friends, mutals and strangers to exercise regularly as much as you can. Go for walks. Take the stairs. Stretch your backs. Today alone I've just heard from two middle-aged family members who have heart and circulation issues. Strengthen your hearts, figuratively and especially physically. A strong heart is one of the biggest indicators of long lives.
