Another shipment of #coal to the #Hanasaari CHP plant in #Helsinki.
Finland is phasing out energy use of coal by 2030. If
the plant weren't in domestic ownership, the #EnergyCharterTreaty could open a case to sue the government for losses.

@henrihorn #Hanasaari looks much nicer now that the coal power plant has been shut down and the pile of coal has disappeared.
