Earthworm 🐌Very good idea. Not only for the US. I know it's worse there, but also the German cops shoot way too often when they are called on someone with a psychotic breakdown.
It's really sad, because I can understand that people don't know who to call when somebody threatens to harm themselves or is absolutely uncontainable...
