I am not affiliated with this person. I have spoken to her in passing and she is a great gal in a tough spot. I think some people may be concerned about my lack of post history. I swear I’m a lemmy lurker for 8 months now, but I saw this girl that could use help, and you guys are the best people I could think of to share it to. She hasn’t even shared this gofundme with me, I happened across it on a Twitter post and saw it didn’t have any activity.

I’m more concerned about them registering themselves with their deadname, and then donating to themselves with that name. But in he description of that donation they’re saying they’re from some Asian country.

It’s sad to see that this is something people need to resort to in the united states. But it’s also a great opportunity for scammers unfortunately.

I happen to know that person meant “Xhamster”, as in the porn site. I will prove the legitness as much as I can with anyone who wants to PM me.
