Kohan IkinWent to the cafe for my usual laptop & coffee session tonight... and they were closed. Staff all gone. The whole shopping mall was surprisingly empty for a late-night-shopping school holiday. Disrupted routines meant I got very little email & coding done today.

@Ghastlyghost lol! I actually did try Maccas years ago, but the vibe isn't right.
I'd be at Starbucks every day if we had one... but this is Perth, so of course we don't. (Actually we are getting our first Starbucks soon. 1 hour away from the city, because of course it is.)
@kohan I might have dud tastebuds but I actually really like maccas coffee. But the constant beeping and half dressed bogans probably halts the focus and calm, so I see your point…
@Ghastlyghost I don't think I've actually tried Maccas coffee! I've heard good things though & my parents love it. I have tried their Iced Mocha & something was wrong & tasted chemical - might be a Perth thing.
My usual cafe is Gloria Jeans, so I'm no coffee connoisseur! Plus I drink frappucinos. It's more about ambience for me, the right level of white noise & cafe music. Dome Cafe is pretty good at that actually.
