@elpato most frameworks either don’t solve an actual problem and just compound more “standards” in an already bursting space, or are so over used that their ubiquitous implementations over complicate what would have been a relatively straightforward build.
@PetterOfCats I'll push back on the idea that they don't solve an actual problem. I think they definitely solve problems. I agree on complexity though. We've tried to give web apps the same capabilities as native apps and the way it all came to be involves a mess of code complexity IMO

I’m not quite sure how to articulate this well, but I wonder what percentage of problems that modern stacks solve are user centric problems vs problems that modern frameworks invented in the first place.
