But seriously, there's no end to the reasons we need this.

Even more so if we had UBI as well.

@josh @khionu Maybe, although I worry about UBI in a world of rapacious capitalism and unregulated rents.

@Elucidating @josh I don't have anything more than a hunch, but I feel like rent is gonna start getting addressed in the next 5 years.
