I get that's from a supposedly positive review, but good grief, I could not have come up with a more damning summary. I was cautiously optimistic, but... eesh.
Seriously, though, how can anyone look at the rise of fascism across the globe and go "yeah, sounds like a good time to sit this one out." Centrism is just baffling to me.
