Leafing through the Wikipedia entries on the archbishops of Uppsala - as one does before dealing with taxes - I decided that the zenith of Lutheran clerical vestment chic was achieved by Yngve Brilioth ( 1950 - 58). His successors have looked indistinguishable from their Anglican communion counterparts.
