But why are my Recovery and Target Exertion values are jumping like crazy during the day?
Prioritize Sleep HRV set ON
Ignore Mindfulness App HRV set ON
Enable Athlytic to save resting HR set ON
(Anyway, changing this doesn’t help.)

In the afternoon I just reached my target Exertion level. Now I’m way over it.

It seems to me, that the ø sleep HRV value changes during the day.

@paradeiser Sorry for the late reply, I am not on here that much! 😞 (1) please see here regarding Recovery: https://www.reddit.com/r/AthlyticAppOfficial/comments/1311b78/preventing_recovery_from_updating_after_you_wake/ (2) getting Recovery to not change during the day will correspondingly cause your Target Exertion to also remain static.

@paradeiser its something I would love to consider but I think for it first we need Apple to permit increased HRV readings during the day for more than just those who have AFib History turned on. 👍
