Without mincing words , our shower broke. The shower isn't turning off the water, and we have to shut off the main valve. Upon inspection from the plumber, the valve appears to be completely worn as well as the surrounding area is corroding from lime scale and rust. -_-

I have no idea how much it will be to cost, but the plumber is estimating a lower limit of, with parts and labor, $300. Please kindly assist. 🙏
