@slcw What are people gonna do, when lying, defamation & incitement go unpunished?

They'll go on lying, defaming & inciting.

Which is why lying, defamation & incitement are commonly sanctioned, not being considered protected speech - except for the U.S. & lawless pathocracies, where harmful speech is obviously even desirable speech, out of fatal misinterpretation of the First Amendment (U.S.).

@ArenaCops I'm a firm believer in the First Amendment, but I think it should be interpretated a lot more liberally when it comes to speech that incites violence. I don't think you need to wait for violence to be done before arresting the person inciting violence.

@slcw No one can seriously be so dumb to believe, that the Founders, who themselves were following established legal & societal norms, rules & values, that those Founders would have condoned harmful speech like incitement to insurrection or violence.
I'm pretty sure they didn't interpret Freedom of Speech as being without any limitations.
