The CEO of Barnes and Noble personally came in to try and convince workers not to unionize at the nation’s largest store in New York.

Instead, they voted 76-2 in favor of forming a union.

Workers know they’re worth more, and that unionizing can close the gap between what they’re really worth and what they’re getting — whether the CEO likes it or not
