Paxum Bank does not offer loans in the US as it lacks a US banking license and is not regulated by the FDIC. Postolnikov appears to have used the trust to loan money to help save Trump Media – and the Truth Social platform – because his bank itself could not furnish the loan.

so in order to keep this company from going under, and so that it can live long enough to have a stock price, it needed a loan from a Russian bank that can't loan money in the US.. Trump is incapable of doing anything without breaking laws..

Any other stock with this kind of shady anti-American funding would normally be the kind of news that gets it de-listed off the NYSE. Trump is getting plot armour levels of special treatment.
