@AntennaPod in Antennapod, why did the refresh button disappear into a menu on the queue view? This is infuriating. With a long queue it is impractical to use pull to refresh. And using the menu is prone to user error ("cleared queue, oh you wanted refresh?").

It's done in order to make space for other buttons, as also explained just now on our forum: https://forum.antennapod.org/t/changed-refresh/4325/7
