Ruth Mottram@sorenhave @Lats there was some discussion of this point with #arcticPassion colleagues in January (we did and EU parliamentary briefing together), the conclusion was (+ I emphasize I'm not a permafrost/methan clathrate expert) yes, it's something that can happen but will likely not be as catastrophic as first thought
