some #mvrta changes:
- one 5:00am trip added on the 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10
- half hourly service added for the 13, the first out of washington square (haverhill) to get it
- rerouting of the 19; it will serve low st instead of merrimac st west of route 1
