Easter Saturday dinner is another Hungarian tradition we have maintained. Lots of Hungarian goodies, such as stuffed eggs (kaszinótojás), French salad (franciasaláta), brioche bread (kalács), potato salad, and peppers stuffed a cottage cheese known as körözött. Ham is mandatory as well. It wouldn't be a Hungarian meal without meat, preferably pork, of some kind!
And the best tableware and cutlery too.
