Jondare@Graham_LRR Apparently the set was first envisioned as a Villain set, before adding the cowboy tropes, so that's the out-of-game reason. Which just makes it weird they spend so long selling it as a Wild West set, if that's not really what it is, and also we already HAD MOM as a "everyone does a fun cameo" set and MKM as s "everyone suddenly decides to wear this hat" set, so it feels like too much too soon in 2 ways.
@Graham_LRR In-universe I can buy it for sole of the more gangster-y or chaotic villains like Gonti and so on, it's a brand new plane with very little in the way of law or government, but loads and loads of opportunity and trade (through omenpaths), but yeah why they he heck does Marchesa or the friggin GITROCK care about any of that??
