The pharmaceutical company Teva sells QVAR RediHaler, a corticosteroid inhaler, for $286 in the U.S.

In Germany, Teva sells that same inhaler for $9.

The DOJ could look at real market power abuse like this that bankrupts average Americans or makes simple medications unaffordable. Instead, they’re suing Apple, whose generally not-poor customers choose to buy iPhones over competing alternatives, over f’in green chat bubbles.

Or they could look at an actual monopoly and monopsony who has been abusing that power for ages in Ticketmaster.

Merrick Garland needs to be replaced.
