1. Stergios-Aristoteles Mitoulis at the University of Birmingham on bridgeukraine.org, a project building critical infrastructure recovery. #TwinForHope workshop looked at cross-border resilience, focussed on Lviv and west Ukraine.

2. Sotirios Argyroudis at Brunel University London gives more detail on how BridgeUkraine aims to create a community of practice to create capacity for sustainable and resilient reconstruction with continuing professional development training, workshops, and seminars.
3. Nicola Cannon & Mark Horton of Royal Agricultural University, & Olena Melnyk at ETH Zurich / Sumy NAU. Ukraine is a bread basket due to black earth soil, but fields have been affected by craters and contamination. Some areas in France affected by WWI are still not back in agricultural use.
Looked at heavy metals in craters in 20 farms in liberated Kherson and Kharkiv with portable X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy - which bomb types are worst?

4. Patrick Butchard, Jennifer Giblin, and Olena Chub on twinning of Edge Hill University and NLU, which is on the frontline. Working on human rights and justice, with workshops and webinars on international law and researcher development. Included an event at the UK Parliament.
6. Dana Ofiteru at Newcastle University on PEACE-R2UK that involves NUWEE in Rivne in east Ukraine in hydro projects, e.g. power and water quality, to create resilient water management.
Gender balance, visas, and language were barriers. Created peer-assisted language programmes, with cultural issues of full professors accepting being taught by students! Also involved partners in Krakow, Poland.
7. DISCO! Olena Pozniakova at Lviv Polytechnic National University on digital innovation project training 1000 students, 150 staff, and startups in IT and entrepreneurship. Includes retraining and career changes for women, esp. those whose partners are in the military.

9. Ian Gadd of Bath Spa University on the "I Vote for Peace" project with IUEH and 9 other Ukrainian universities on journalism and education training including Masters courses and joint research and innovation plans. Also working with Bath, Bristol, and Cardiff to create regional project.
10. Ivan Virshylo at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on energy transition - industry & geoscientists links, incl. summer schools, involving partners in Norway and Scotland.
