Most wont work in that place so what does name & shame do except make victims extremely vulnerable. Will you be there to support them? If people in the companies I was assaulted spoke up with what they knew & witnessed, named & shamed then, stood with me, or helped after, I’d be better.
panchoMoreover, many who fight it have had to sign NDAs which is unfair, but how it ‘works’. So from fighting & making them pay for their crimes you get lots of trouble & no support. Most don’t fight this & move on to the next place with the same bullshit, starting all over again. That is what you are expected to do.
This is especially hard to do as you age or are disabled.
Name & shame where you are. In your own workplace. Shit is going down everywhere. Ask women, BIPOC. Put yourself on the line.
