tectonic@oatmeal thank you, your Illustration amplified the message of the poem beautifully. We have all been there or will at some time, be it a loved one, a pet, someone or something you care for but is now gone. Well at least that is what it did for me.
hamato@oatmeal I got this through your newsletter all these months ago. It has stayed with me I’ve sent it to friends in grief a few times. Thank you for reminding us that beside all this constant content barrage, there are existential things to feel and ponder.
Also, we had to put our cat of 15 years to sleep this year and your farewell piece to Rambo put a smile beside those tears.
