@Iconfactory In Linea Sketch is there a way to keep all my sketches loaded locally on my iPad? Whenever I’m out and trying to sketch Linea freezes when it tries to redownload all my old sketches (I have a lot of old sketches…)
@peterquach In theory they should stay on device unless iCloud decides you don’t have enough local storage to keep them around. iCloud decides that however, not Linea. How much free space do you have on device?
@Iconfactory My iPad has a 256gb of storage and right now I have 39gb of free space. I usually try to keep at least 20gb free but maybe my iPad is using swap for the RAM? I keep lots of apps in memory with stage manager
@peterquach Yeah, honestly that’s not a lot of wiggle room there. I could easily see cached documents and apps taking up that “free space”. You might try off loading some unused apps and clear some space to see if it helps. I’m willing to bet it will.
@Iconfactory Okay, I’ve got it to 50gb free now. I’ll see how that works (and if it comes to it, I could always delete Death Stranding which is taking up 50gb on its own…) Thanks so much!
@peterquach Let us know how it goes. Our recent release of iPulse for iOS has really put into light how much free space is really being used by apps and docs in purgable memory. It’s a lot more than most people think and iCloud get finicky when it doesn’t have enough on hand.
