I was taught for 4 years by the #ChristianBrothers in Vancouver (1964-68); thankfully never sexually abused, but knocked out of my desk (twice) on one occasion by Br. Brennan; a truly repressed, problematic young man. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. Not at all surprised when I read the tragic stories of their sexual and physical abuse. Not at all.

@SonofaGeorge According to the Vancouver Sun article he he had been a student of Mount Cashel. He was teaching at Holy Trinity, and I think later at another catholic school, in the Vancouver diocese. He had charges from the 1990's as well. This recent lawsuit was about actions in the 1970's. I agree with the lawyer that there needs to be a public inquiry.
