Yes sky, you could say “wife of”. Or, perhaps you could go with any of “Susie Wolff, former f1 driver, former world championship race winning team manager, current boss of F1 Academy”.
@yesterzine that’s sooo bad. I note she’s an MBE as well!!
@LexiGirl Yep, for, as they say, "Services to Sport".

@yesterzine Media orgs are still doing this? JFC.
@mshiltonj @yesterzine I guess that's part of the joy of AI. If it was done in the past, AI will do it again
@yesterzine
You might say, a woman that knows how to drive very fast in circles, polluting, destroying the world with her completely senseless habit. So a criminal in every just society.
@yesterzine Ugh that's so frustration. I never introduce my wife as "this is my wife" I always just say her name and if someone asks I confirm that she's my wife. She's not defined by being married to me. @dgoldsmith
@yesterzine I read this as an insinuation that she is doing this on behalf of her husband's team. That's not something to insinuate. If they think they can defend it then they should say it directly and if they don't then they shouldn't say it at all.

@yesterzine the usual prerequisite to be called a "(former) f1 driver" is to participate in a F1 race, not a practice session. We wouldn't call Sean Geleal a former F1 driver either.

And it's just as much of a flex to say "former DTM driver" which would be more accurate for her.

modern «journalism» and modern «copywriting» meet and merge to produce these titles :-(
