One of my past bosses had his daughter record a bunch of messages, like βMr Jones, you are needed in the officeβ and, βMr Jones, your next meeting is startingβ. And then he would set those as the alarm sounds on his phone and set the alarm to go off ten minutes into meetings he wanted to get out of. A few of us knew what was going on but most people thought he had just the best assistant managing his schedule. You could do something like that.
