The Problem
You know how it is. Nowadays seemingly every website has one of these Cookie Consent Banners. Often dark patterns are used to tire or trick you into giving away your data. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a tool that could handle it all for us?
The Solution
Introducing "Consent-O-Matic", a browser extension which autofills cookie consent banners. It essentially takes the approach of using a click bot to automatically fill the forms in for you based on your own preferences.
In contrast with "I still don't care about cookies'" brute force approach of blocking or alternatively accepting if it can't block.
Not all banners will be blocked but it should remove a significant portion. It certainly has improved my browsing experience.
