@typhy wrong it would read as 3 separate items that are the highlights. to have it read like giuliani is a healthcare disaster would require a semicolon, thanks

@driplo_ this entire post is about subjective use of grammar but there is literally no accepted use of a semicolon to separate items in a list except those that contain full clauses containing commas
