Not only they need to track days, they also have to have to beg for being admitted and hope they won't be rejected in an opaque process with practically zero due process rights in case of rejection.

You might want to look at the EU Posted Worker Directive and the need for forms before travelling too. Apparently this has always been a thing but Brexit means they now pay more attention to it. 🫠
