Dragon@leif5000 @jimllmixit I second the JFC, and the request for some sort of ointment. Clean it with water and soap, put on some antiseptic or antibiotic, and keep it covered for a bit. Clean and re-ointment tomorrow and until it looks like it's better.
And if it gets at all red/puffy, hie thee to an urgent care clinic.
