@voight If I were a Tesla stockholder, I'd be annoyed.
As a taxpayer, I'd expect that to pass through to Elon/etc's income taxes.

@voight It's how it works when they're paid mostly in stocks. Blame Congress, IRS, and the Ogliarchy.
