Gen Z is often criticized for being not resilient and weak. I think Gen Y is affected as well but is holding up the "hard work - good life" belief. To all those critics: Have you considered how exhausting it is to be bombarded non stop with bad news, apocalyptic visions (climate change, escalating wars), social unrest, social media, increasing crimes, expectations about being available 24/7, inflation and low wages etc.? Well, we had the cold war e.g., but much more calmer media and life.
