@Tutanota How do we know if our account is using post quantum encryption? Updating the app is enough?
@Popper0716 Right now, only new accounts will use pq, but we'll roll it out to existing ones soon.

@Tutanota

Been using this past couple of years. I still can't bulk import my email exports.

@desertrat We're already working on import and are making good progress. Stay tuned.
@Tutanota 🫡 keeping us safe and private as always
@Tutanota
ETA on this bug in apk?
@ed57 Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance with this issue.
@Tutanota Is the timeline for mail imports ready yet?
@joolstorrentecalo It's available for Legend already. We need to monitor server load a while before we can also release it to Revolutionary users. Thanks for your patience!
@Tutanota not really though - all imports fail on freshly bought Unlimited (which the app prompted me to upgrade to)
@klh_io We're very sorry about that, but we discovered a bug after the release and had to disable import for now. We hope to release the fix next week. Thanks for your patience!
@Tutanota that's understandable, but some comms (given how requested that feature has been apparently) would be nice as I couldn't find anything anywhere about the issue. Happy to continue my migration once it's working again though!
@klh_io Yes, it had to be done in a rush, but you are right!
@Tutanota
Your email/webmail is now so secure that even your users are not able to access it. Also I cannot create a new free account using another machine and 'device', so I could hopefully transfer the old mail there (I could not even find any information if this is possible). I have an old tutanota account which I can only access now with one single 'device' - as you call it - because I used the recovery line. And that will not work with any other 'device'. But the machine that has that 'device' needs to change the OS, and there goes the 'approved device'. I tried to explain this by addressing you an e-mail but... I have no access to that, only to predefined questions. What you call 'device' is a browser, and nowadays almost everybody has several machines and browser that should be able to access a webmail account - F.C.S.
I have done a lot of positive advertising since I was allowed to create that mail account. That will change of course if you don't allow me to keep it.
Happy New Year for you too.
@Tutanota We love Tuta. thank you for everything you do for us.
@Tutanota das hat mich auch überzeugt zu euch zu wechseln 👍
