@binbows why is this poll 13 months long WTF

@binbows I wish ipv6 used only numbers too, ipv4 is so much easier to memorize

Tho the lack of enough ipv4 addresses really suck, like you need to buy a static ip separately if you want and stuff, so I think I’ll go with ipv6 for that reason

@[email protected] im in the same boat, i want to like ipv6 but my lil brain just can't hold the addresses as well as with ipv4 :c
@binbows they taste about the same to me
@binbows ipv4 obv, I want things to break and passionately hate the internet
@binbows wait, is this legit?
@linus what are you talking about. that's just a screenshot of my post
@binbows 40% ipv4, 60% ipv6 :D
@linus polls are funny on other instances.
on remote it shows 38% ipv4, and 62% ipv6
i suggest viewing the poll on the remote instance (i think on most mobile clients it shows something like "open in browser" for viewing on remote)
@linus i think its under the 3 dots hopefully
@binbows sure, I just thought the numbers were funny and that there might be hacks involved like https://puckipedia.com/4th-wall--talki

@[email protected] I can't do ping6 ff02::1%eth0 in IPv4, so IPv6 wins automatically.
@binbows i think ipv6 is way better but also one of my uni professors has ipv6 stickers plastered all over his laptop and he kinda sucks so that sours it for me >.<
@binbows A poll I voted in has ended
