@Badchop I'd recommend getting ok with regularly reinstalling the drivers for it.

Maybe start practicing by tracing contours on cool photos you like, then just doing black & white value studies to start understanding how shadows fall.

Once comfy with the mechanics of the tool, try using those photos as reference instead of tracing.
