@9to5Mac I agree. My phone’s not going anywhere, but I’ve learned to value my time offline — or at least my time spent using little more than the Camera app.
veee@9to5Mac At its core the devices aren’t the issue. Managing your social media follows and interests would likely have the greatest impact, not to mention turning off social media notifications.
