It looks like the UbuWeb homepage was changed a couple months ago.

I was really curious to know more about what "the archive is preserved for perpetuity, in its entirety" means for UbuWeb, so I sent Prof Goldsmith an email. I'm not expecting to hear anything back, but if I do I'll put anything I learn here.

There are already some mirrors and a webarchive at loc.gov

And yes it's static, I crawled it with wget many years ago, I should have the copy on a external disk.
