I watched and listened to #SOTU but didn’t hear any mention of action on climate change. I’m grateful the President advocated for research into women’s health, but that’s all the science I heard mentioned. #ClimateChange

@samohTmaS @odaraia thanks, you’re right; I didn’t look at the text, and must have missed this during a break. If I recall, these are Green New Deal policies, still aspirational. Still they are important and it’s important for the President to refer to them. #SOTU

@odaraia @samohTmaS It's not aspirational, it's law and it's real. The Inflation Reduction Act (named for marketing purposes, it's mostly climate programs) is literally the largest investment in climate action ever by any country.
