AnarchoNinaWritesI feel like all the people posting their "shock" that the GOP is steadfastly behind Trump didn't properly absorb the whole "yeah, the Republican Party is openly fascist now instead of just covertly fascist" lesson. I mean did you folks think they've been doing the past 8 years by accident or was it more "they weren't coming for ME yet?"
Related: I dunno how ppl can tell me this isn't a fascist country when a reality TV nazi can win an election, do fascist shit for 4 years, break a bunch of laws, attempt a coup, LOSE an election, influence policy and drive the Overton Window right for the next 4 years even THOUGH he lost, declare himself above the law, promise to do even more fascist shit, promise to punish his political enemies, and be on track to win the presidency again in November.
