• great street approach with mid block connections and active frontages
• architecturally it’s a nice rational design. Nothing flashy, just a solid residential building.

Simply put, it isn’t dense enough, and has no office component. Other TODs along the Ontario Line have far more density proposed, like Thorncliffe Park, Don Mills/Eglinton, East Harbour.

This is the future interchange between two major lines. We should be seeing Yonge-Eglinton-Yonge level density here.

I would like to see Ontario/Toronto follow BC’s example and allow density as of right near transit stations.
