2020: Our workers are essential heroes. We'll give them bonuses and protect them with masks & barriers.

2021: Our workers are vital. We require vaccinations to prevent infections from spreading.

2022: Our workers are important. Employees who are infected with #COVID19 should stay home for at least five days.

2023: Our workers are replaceable. They must get back into the office or they'll be fired.

2024: Screw workers. If they get COVID, they must work, regardless of the risks to others.

@augieray Here in England, the NHS itself is telling staff they don't need to take time off work if they don't feel ill. The doctor's practice I work in has already had 3 different nurses working while Covid positive, they were told to just wear masks.
