I bought some plastic digital calipers (my metal ones would scratch the stuff I’m measuring) for the unbeatable price of $11 but I should’ve checked Ali first. 😅
Hendrik@Tinrocket I recently bought and returned one like that (Amazon). It was advertised as carbon fiber but was plastic. But also the accuracy was +-0.2mm. Which is 10x worse than your regular digital caliper and makes it pretty useless for detailed measurements.
@hendrik_kueck This one is about the same accuracy but no claims of carbon fiber. It’s for rough measurements on watches where I don’t want to scratch the finishes.
