Good morning fellow ADHDers, I just read How to ADHD by Jessica McCabe (she has a fantastic YouTube [https://www.youtube.com/@HowtoADHD] channel as well and I wish I knew this stuff 20+ years ago. So I thought I’d give away copies to my favorite ADHD sub. I’m giving away ten copies in a contest. I’ve never done something like this before so I’ll probably mess it up or go ride bikes and forget, but it’ll be up for a week (hopefully pinned), and the replies with the most points get the book.
