CW: Biology stuff

I don't know who needs to hear this, but a lot of times, menstrual cramps are from trapped gas in your GI tract. Take Gas X, and it makes that whole thing more manageable. (The active ingredient used in Gas X is simethicone, and it's safe enough for infants, so it's a pretty low-risk drug.)
